The history and the spirit of the cowboy and the old west comes alive at the National Festival of the West. It is a celebration of all things Western, past and present.

When is the National Festival of the West?

March 13 - March 16, 2008. Gates open at 10 a.m.

Where is the National Festival of the West?

The festival will take place at Rawhide Western Town at Wild Horse Pass. Here is a map and directions to Rawhide.

How do I get tickets for National Festival of the West and how much are they?

Adult: $12
Seniors: $11
Children 5 - 12: $4
Children 4 & Under: Free
4 Day Pass: $40

Are there discounts available?

On Thursday seniors (60 and older) are admitted for $6 each. On Friday children (12 and under) are admitted free.

What else should I know about the National Festival of the West?

More than 200 exhibitors will be on hand selling Western items including fine arts, crafts, furniture, clothing, collectibles and memorabilia. Several merchants contribute generous door prizes which are awarded daily. There will be three stages of continuous western music and cowboy entertainment. Cowboy celebrities are sure to show up for autograph sessions.

Over the four days there will be a Western Music Jamboree, Concerts, Log Home Show, Western Film Festival, Cowboy Poetry, Chuck Wagon Cook Off, Cowboy Mounted Shooting, Mountain Man Rendezvous & Sutler's Row, Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers, Square Dancing and more.
